I called him originally to quote painting our living room. My husband and I had started and never finished the project. He didn't mind that we already had the paint and he was able to fit us into his schedule fairly quickly! I watched as he meticulously cut around the moldings by hand and expertly painted a tricky green color. He also repaired the ceiling of our guest bathroom where we had had a leak. He replaced the drywall and repaired and painted the ceiling so that it looked like new! His prices were reasonable. We were so impressed, we are going to have him paint the rest of our house. As long as he is in business, we'll never use another painter! Professional painting!

Company payment terms and conditions!
For residential jobsSmaller jobs (under a few thousand dollars)
- Deposit: 20% upfront to secure the project and cover initial material costs.Scheduled payments at key milestones during the project (e.g., after prep work is completed, mid-project).
- Final Payment: Due upon completion of the work to the client's satisfaction.
Larger jobs (e.g., painting an entire house)
- Deposit: 30% upfront to begin the project.
- Progress Payments: Scheduled payments at key milestones during the project (e.g., after prep work is completed, mid-project).
- Final Payment: Remaining balance due upon completion and final inspection.
For commercial jobs or those with expensive materials
- Deposit: Potentially up to 50% upfront, reflecting the higher cost of materials or the project's scale.
- Progress Payments: Similar to large residential jobs, payments are linked to specific milestones or a schedule of values for larger projects.
- Retainage: For larger commercial projects, it's common to withhold a percentage (e.g., 10%) of each progress payment, paid at the end of the project after a final inspection and acceptance period.
